Galina AvanesovaSo, if you are on this page, it means you are interested who has created this site and why. The history of America started from the appearance of the first people on Earth. Most people know the history of America after Columbus discovery. But it's only 500 years. In pre-Columbian time there lived a lot of tribes who had their own traditions and their own life-style. Each tribe of America had unique qualities and features.

It was always interesting for me since I was young. Step by step, I opened for myself the amazing World of ancient America - the World which was inhabited by brave warriors and hardworking farmers. There was not always enough information and it all was very contradictory. Basically it was popular scientific literature and belles-lettres. But I wished to know the truth - who are the native american peoples.

So, many years had passed. And only the Internet with his opportunity of access to many information enabled me to learn what I wanted. I had pleasure to learn truth about life, culture and struggle for the right to remain People of the American Indians. In addition, they saved the culture, they survived as peoples and many of them have obtained a federal recognition.Their philosophy, the approach to the Nature and World in general very strongly differs from perception of European people and the peoples who came in other Lands from Europe. The European culture for 2000 years is culture of the townsmen who have lost a union with the Nature. And the American Indians could keep it and continue to hand down it to the children and grandchildren.

I admired fine works of art which has been made by American Indian craftsmens - their beauty and mastery of work. All things are true beautiful and it's real pleasure for eyes and soul.

I believe, the Learning of culture of ancient peoples and Understanding through it their Philosophy and their Perception of the World, make us to know better ourselves, isn't that so?
